Despite all our planning and organizational techniques, many project managers still feel like they’re building the plane as they fly it.
This blog will be (hopefully more than a tiny) contribution to the profession. A place to share successes, failures, and particularly – all the experience and learning which comes with navigating the dynamic world of program and project management.
Perhaps the knowledge shared in this blog will help those in the PM community who are starting a new project, in-flight with a project already, or nearing project completion, feel more support in their individual journey.
Today is New Year’s Day 2020, and in the spirit of resolution setting, I pledge to add semi-monthly blog posts to this website (let’s target 10 to 12 posts total this year) for the PM community.
